Each photo is color and white balance corrected, with lens and perspective correction and window balancing, so rooms look the way they do in person. Files arrive MLS-sized, with web-sized versions on request.

How long it takes
Most homes take 30 to 45 minutes. Larger homes and acreage take longer, and you only pay for the time the shoot takes. You don't need to be there. Lockbox or a quick text with access details is all we need.

Where we shoot
Madison, Middleton, Verona, Fitchburg, Sun Prairie, Waunakee, Monona, McFarland, Cottage Grove, Stoughton, Oregon, Cross Plains, Mount Horeb, Marshall and New Glarus. Travel beyond about 30 minutes is on trip time. Travel beyond 1 hour is a ½ day shoot.
